How we price advisory work for professional practices
Amounts below are guides for Australian professional services firms. Final fees depend on practice count, document volume, and whether facilitation is on-site. No payment is taken through this site.
Pricing Diagnostic & Redesign
From AUD 18,500 for a single practice area
Fixed engagement fee, scoped after discovery. Typical duration: Six to ten weeks, depending on practice size.
Fee Schedule Review
From AUD 6,800
Fixed fee. Typical duration: Two to three weeks.
Proposal & Scoping Workshop
From AUD 4,200 plus travel if outside the Canberra–Monaro corridor
Per workshop. Typical duration: Half day (approximately four hours).
Partner Pricing Coaching
AUD 3,600 for four sessions
Per coaching package. Typical duration: Four sessions over eight weeks.
What shapes an estimate
- Number of practice areas and partners involved in interviews
- Volume of proposals, rate cards, and engagement letters to review
- On-site workshop travel outside the Canberra–Monaro corridor
- Whether a ninety-day check-in or additional coaching is requested
Payment rhythm
Most engagements invoice fifty percent on commencement and the balance on delivery of final materials. Workshops and coaching packages are invoiced in advance. Deposits and refund conditions are described on the refunds page.
