Refunds and cancellations
These terms apply to advisory consultations, workshops, and coaching packages offered by Branch Path Pricing Advisory Pty Ltd. They do not cover products, software subscriptions, or physical goods, which we do not sell.
Eligibility
Refunds are available when an engagement has not commenced and written notice of cancellation is received within the timeframes below. Once interviews, document review, or facilitation has started, fees are handled as partial refunds or credits according to work completed.
Timeframe for full refund
If you cancel a booked engagement in writing at least fourteen days before the agreed start date, and no preparatory document review has begun at your request, you may receive a full refund of amounts paid.
Partial refunds
Cancellations between thirteen and five days before the start date may receive a fifty percent refund of the commencement invoice, less any non-recoverable travel booked with your approval. Cancellations inside five days, or after work has started, are assessed against time already spent; typically the commencement invoice is non-refundable and remaining invoices are adjusted.
Non-refundable items
- Discovery calls, which are provided without charge
- Travel and venue costs already incurred with your written approval
- Completed coaching sessions within a package
- Custom materials already delivered (schedules, annotated proposals, checklists)
Deposits
Where a deposit is taken to reserve workshop dates or diagnostic start windows, it is applied to the final invoice. Deposits become non-refundable if you cancel inside five days of the reserved date, except where we cancel or we agree a reschedule.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule a workshop or coaching session once without charge if at least five business days’ notice is given. Later reschedules may incur a rescheduling fee of AUD 350 to cover facilitation preparation.
No-shows
If partners fail to attend a booked workshop or coaching session without notice, that session is treated as delivered. Remaining sessions in a coaching package continue as scheduled unless you cancel in writing.
Work already started
For multi-week diagnostics, if you withdraw after interviews or document review have begun, we invoice for time spent at a transparent daily rate agreed in the engagement letter, capped at the commencement invoice unless additional authorised work occurred.
Purchased materials
We do not sell standalone printed products. Digital materials produced during an engagement remain part of that engagement’s deliverables and are not separately refundable once delivered.
Refund process and method
Email hello@page-branchpath.click with your engagement reference and reason for the request. We confirm eligibility within five business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within ten business days of approval.
Our cancellations
If we must cancel due to adviser illness or conflict, we offer a full refund of amounts paid for undelivered work or a reschedule at your election.
Exceptions
Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
